TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer)

TPE is a category of eco‑friendly materials combining high rubber‑like elasticity and favorable plastic processability. Core characteristics: excellent processability without vulcanization; fast forming via standard plastic processing technologies; 100 % recyclable sprues and scraps. Versatile hand‑feel and performance with broad hardness range from Shore A 0 to Shore D 70. It features good flexibility and weather resistance, and retains elasticity at ‑40 °C. It has excellent over‑molding adhesion to rigid substrates such as PP and ABS.

Main Applications

Automotive parts (sealing strips, steering wheels, fenders), consumer goods (soft grips, toothbrushes, toys, footwear), medical supplies (seals, pipe fittings, syringe pistons), electrical & electronic products (wires and cables, phone protective cases), construction engineering (waterproof membranes, sealing strips).

Please specify other requirements for recycled TPE pellets: color, gloss level, environmental compliance, impact performance, melt flow index, ash content, surface pits and other physical‑property indexes.

MOQ: 1 ton after successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑related defects.
